Tattoo Clients AI is owned and operated by Pro Numb Tattoo LLC, the company behind Pro Numb Tattoo Numbing Spray. TattooShopSEO.com is the public website for the Tattoo Clients AI advertising software and its SMS program. Justin Tyme is the founder and primary support contact. This policy applies to the website, app and optional text updates for tattoo studios and independent tattoo artists. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to tattoonumbingsprays@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you enter, including your name, email, business identity, location, website, pricing, budgets and service preferences. When authorized, we also process uploaded photos and videos, advertising-account identifiers, campaign structure, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, website activity, booking events, deposits and performance reports.

How information is used

Information is used to operate your account, provide audits, prepare advertising drafts, monitor authorized campaigns, identify booking opportunities, send requested notifications, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Connected platforms and service providers

When you choose to connect Meta, Google or another provider, the app receives only the information covered by the permissions you approve. We do not ask for or store your Facebook or Google password. We may use hosting, authentication, payment, communications and analytics providers to operate the service. Those providers may process information only for their contracted purpose and must protect it appropriately.

Optional website advertising tracking

When enabled and you accept optional ad tracking, our marketing pages use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page visits, trial-button clicks and contact-button clicks, and to help improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive browser and device information, an IP address, the page address, event identifiers and Meta browser or ad-click identifiers. A button click is not proof of a completed signup, trial or purchase. Meta handles this advertising information under its own privacy policy, available at Meta Privacy Policy.

The Pixel is not loaded and Conversions API advertising events are not sent before you accept. Choose Decline or change your choice using Ad privacy in the website footer. We honor Global Privacy Control. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days; Meta attribution cookies may remain for up to 90 days unless you decline or clear them. Advertising events are limited to the marketing, contact and support pages. We do not install the Pixel on SMS signup or account deletion pages, and do not send SMS form fields, mobile numbers, SMS consent records, passwords or payment card details to Meta. Technical event-delivery receipts are retained for seven days and cleared when tracking processing or status checks next run. This optional website advertising choice is separate from SMS consent.

Advertising automation

Connecting an account does not automatically authorize every action. Campaign drafting, stop-loss pausing, replacement ads, notifications and scaling are controlled by separate permissions and budget settings. You can withdraw those permissions or disconnect a platform.

Storage, security and retention

We use access controls and appropriate technical safeguards. Information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and satisfy legal or billing requirements. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may skip platform connections, turn off optional notifications, disconnect accounts, request access or correction, and delete your app account. Account deletion removes app-controlled profile records, connection records, reports and stored creative except information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security or billing reasons.

Children

The service is for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.

SMS privacy and consent

You may request optional text notifications using the public SMS signup form, then confirm the request in your matching authenticated app account. Unconfirmed requests store your email, mobile number, selected consent and timestamps for up to 24 hours before expiry; expired requests are removed during signup processing. A hashed network identifier may be retained with the request for abuse prevention. Submitting this form alone does not enable delivery.

Pro Numb Tattoo Numbing Spray / Tattoo Clients AI collects your mobile number, notification preferences and opt-in records to provide new lead alerts, advertising results and account updates. If you separately select the optional promotional checkbox, we may also send Tattoo Clients AI plan and upgrade offers, including upgrades from an independent artist plan to a shop plan. SMS consent applies only to this Tattoo Clients AI program. Sharing an owner with Pro Numb Tattoo Numbing Spray does not enroll you in numbing-product promotions, another business’s messages or a tattoo shop’s client list. These messages are for tattoo artists, body piercers, tattoo shop owners and permanent makeup artists using the platform.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, transfer or share text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies even if another section of this policy permits other information to be shared. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver messages, provide support and operate the service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
